I love sending my creations out to be enjoyed by others and I wish to provide the best possible experience for my customers.


Payment Options

I except most common forms of online payment as listed at the bottom of the page.


Order Cancelations

Cancellations and full refunds, are available upon request within the first 6 hours of purchase.  For later cancellations, contact me directly.



I ship most ready made items within 48 hours, made to order pieces can take upwards of 7 days, and commissions can take quite a bit longer.

if for any reason you need to change the shipping method, please contact me directly.

In the event that your items arrive damaged, please message me as soon as possible.  I will do my best to replace any items, which have arrived in a damaged condition. 

I do not offer refunds for Items damaged in shipping.

I cannot offer full or partial refunds do to an order not arriving in time.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.



Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Regrettably, I am unable to accept returns on custom made pieces.



Regrettably, I cannot except exchanges at this time.



I am happy to offer repairs on damaged pieces, every situation is unique so contact me for more information.

If a piece is returned to me to be fixed, please note that you will need to cover the shipping cost.
